Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: June 8, 2026  ·  Last Updated: June 8, 2026  ·  Version 1.0
Plain version. The Unstoppable program is offered free by Health Matters Clinic to support community mental health. These terms cover how you can use this site, the story submission form, the workshop, and the events, plus a few important notes about safety and copyright.

01 About Unstoppable

Unstoppable is a community-built mental health program operated by Health Matters Clinic ("HMC," "we," "us"), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Los Angeles. The program includes the Unstoppable Workshop, the Live Unstoppable monthly walks and runs, Wellness Meetups, the Unstoppable Experience podcast, and supporting digital tools. This site (the "Site") is the public home for the program.

02 Agreement to Terms

By using the Site or participating in any Unstoppable program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or attend the events. Specific events, the workshop, and the facilitator program may have their own separate terms, registration agreements, or waivers; those terms control for that activity if they conflict with this page.

03 Not Medical Advice

Important. The Unstoppable program provides community support, education, peer connection, and mental-health-adjacent tools. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment and is not a substitute for care from a licensed clinician. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or call 911.

04 Eligibility

The story submission form, the facilitator program, and most public events are intended for people 18 and older. Some events welcome youth when accompanied by a parent or guardian; that is noted on the specific event listing. By submitting a story, you confirm you are 18 or older and that the story is yours to share.

05 Story Submissions

When you submit a story:

06 Events and Workshops

Live Unstoppable walks, runs, Wellness Meetups, and the Unstoppable Workshop are offered free to the community. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Specific events may require RSVP through the HMC Event Finder and a signed waiver at check-in. Routes, times, and locations may change; check the event listing before you go.

07 Facilitator Certification

The Unstoppable Facilitator program has its own application, training requirements, code of conduct, and certification terms. Acceptance is at HMC's discretion. Certification may be revoked for conduct that conflicts with the program's mission of safe, culturally rooted community care.

08 Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:
